2024 Individual Health Insurance Options 

There are many options to select for your coverage in 2024.  Aetna, Ambetter, BCBS, Molina, Oscar, & Scott & White will be in various counties in the DFW area in 2024. Christus Health will remain in Texas & Ascension will join the marketplace in Texas but not in counties in the DFW area.  Friday Healthcare will not be returning to the DFW market as planned.

The marketplace will now require written consent for agent/broker PRIOR to Debbie Fleck assist you with completing your enroll application as well as reviewing or updating existing enrollment application. Marketplace Consent Form Authorizing Agent – Broker and will require Verification of Attestation for Marketplace Application before the application can be submitted electronically.  

Debbie has been using HealthSherpa as an enrollment platform since 2015 as it is much easier to compare plans & provide a consumer friendly simplified enrollment process.  HealthSherpa partnered with the federal government & required to comply with all federal laws so this enrollment platform will provide you access to ALL the exact same plans & government subsidies available at the federal marketplace (healthcare.gov).  The direct link will include Deborah Fleck’s name & NPN (1019320) displayed at the top left of the simplified enrollment platform.

OPEN ENROLLMENT 2024 for individual health insurance will begin in the fall of 2024 (November 1^st, 2023)

To enroll for coverage January 1st, 2024, you must complete your enrollment by 12/15/2023.   You may qualify for a passive renewal.  Open enrollment 2024 will end 1/15/2024, so if you miss the 12/15/2023 deadline, you can enroll for coverage effective 2/1/2024.
