2026 Individual Health Insurance 

Debbie has been using HealthSherpa as an enrollment platform since 2015 as it is much easier to compare plans & provide a consumer friendly simplified enrollment process.  HealthSherpa partnered with the federal government & required to comply with all federal laws so this enrollment platform will provide you access to ALL the exact same plans & government subsidies available at the federal marketplace (healthcare.gov).  The direct link will include Deborah Fleck’s name & NPN (1019320) displayed at the top left of the simplified enrollment platform.

The marketplace requires written consent for agent/broker PRIOR to Debbie Fleck assisting you with completing your enroll application as well as reviewing or updating existing enrollment application. Marketplace Consent Form Authorizing Agent – Broker and will require Verification of Attestation for Marketplace Application before the application can be submitted electronically.  

2026 OPEN ENROLLMENT – Closed January 15, 2026

Outside of the yearly open enrollment, you can sign up for health insurance, if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP).  Certain life events, including losing health coverage, moving, getting married, having a baby or adopting a child, or if your household income is below a certain amount, may allow you to enroll within 60 days of the life event.
