Debbie Fleck is the founder and president of The Diamond Benefit Group (TDBG).  TDBG was established in 1996 and has continued to grow with a loyal & diverse clientele.  Prior to establishing her own consulting business, she specialized in partially self-funded employee health plans for over five years.  Debbie primarily works with small to medium size employers handling all facets of their employee health benefits.  Debbie respects and honors relationships by providing "old fashion" personal service.

Debbie currently holds an active life & health license in Texas, Georgia, & Florida and has received several professional designations including the prestigious designation of Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).  The RHU designation demonstrates a high level of knowledge about the principles and practices governing disability income and the health insurance business.  She has also received her Small Group Specialist (SgS) certification and the advanced degree of Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC) designating her as an expert in HSA's, and other alternative funding benefit programs.  She is very passionate about continuing education and self improvement and is currently working on her Chartered Healthcare Consultants (ChHC) designation.

Among various associations, Debbie is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters, and the Ft. Worth Association of Health Underwriters.  Debbie & her husband of 23 years have two teenage children.  Although she grew up on the east coast, she considers herself a Texas native now.  Debbie enjoys volunteering her time in the community, working out, gardening, cooking, traveling, & spending time with her family & friends.
